Frederick W. Davidson, CA - President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Davidson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of IMPACT Silver Corp. since May 2000. He has been actively involved in the mining and mineral exploration industries for over 33 years, through Energold Drilling Corp. and predecessor companies, where he served in various capacities and helped finance public and private mining companies. His experience spans over 18 countries throughout North America, South America, Africa and Asia. Mr. Davidson has sat on the board of Wheaton River Minerals and Plexis Resources. Prior to IMPACT Silver, Mr. Davidson was the VP and Chief Financial Officer of TOTAL Energold Corp., an energy and gold producer which had over $250 million in assets producing over 10,000 barrels of oil per day, 15 million cubic feet of natural gas and 100,000 ounces of gold on an annual basis. Previously, he spent 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of Erikson Gold Mines Ltd. and Mt. Skukum Gold Mines, which grew from grassroots exploration to production. Mr. Davidson also had an active role in a number of other notable mines and exploration projects including the Courageous Lake Project, Golden Bear Mine and the Denton-Rawhide Mine. He also currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Energold Drilling Corp., a socially and environmentally sensitive contract drilling company for the international mining sector. Mr. Davidson received his MBA from the University of British Columbia in 1970 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1971. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

George Gorzynski, P. Eng. - Vice President, Exploration & Director

Mr. Gorzynski has been IMPACT's Vice President of Exploration since February 2004. Mr. Gorzynski is an experienced geologist who also serves as an international mineral exploration consultant to the junior exploration industry. His wide-ranging experience spans over 30 years and has included projects over much of the globe. His work has involved a variety of commodities with particular expertise in precious and base metals. Mr. Gorzynski was instrumental in identifying, negotiating and completing the purchase of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan project for the Company. He has served on the boards and in management of several junior mining companies. Mr. Gorzynski holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. He is a Professional Engineer registered in the Province of British Columbia. He is also currently a Director of Tirex Resources Ltd., Defiance Silver Corp. and Berkwood Resources Ltd.

Richard Younker, CA, CMC - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Younker was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2005. Mr. Younker is a graduate of Queen's University with a Bachelor of Communication (Honours) and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia. He articled with Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst & Young) and became a chartered accountant in 1973. After a year spent in industry, he returned to Clarkson Gordon in 1974, spending further time in their audit and insolvency divisions prior to transferring to Woods Gordon in 1975 to manage their consulting arm. He became a Certified Management Consultant in 1979 and the senior financial consulting principal at Woods Gordon's Vancouver office in 1981, until leaving the firm in 1985 to start his own independent financial consulting practice, which he continues to this day. Mr. Younker's experience has included providing financial, general management and accounting advice as well as undertaking numerous financial viability and feasibility studies for the Government and private sectors.

H. Walter Sellmer, P. Geo. - Director

Mr. Sellmer has more than 30 years experience as an exploration geologist. He was appointed a Director of IMPACT in 1999, and served as Corporate Secretary from 2001 to 2004. He has held senior management positions with Amax Exploration, Inc., Canamax Resources Inc. and TOTAL Energold Corp., responsible for overseeing multimillion dollar exploration budgets. While with Canamax, Mr. Sellmer acquired the Midway lead-zinc prospect in British Columbia, the Ketza River gold property and the Mt. Hundere lead-zinc property in the Yukon Territory. He took Ketza from early exploration through feasibility to mine construction and the Mt. Hundere project was eventually developed as the Sa Dena Hes Mine. With TOTAL, Mr. Sellmer planned and directed the exploration activities at the company's mine sites and programs throughout North America. He was instrumental in TOTAL's acquisition of an interest in the Denton-Rawhide gold mine in Nevada through Plexus Resources.

Mr. Sellmer served as President of Energold Mining Ltd. (now Energold Drilling Corp.) from 1994 to 2001, Chairman of Energold Mining from 2001 to 2004, and currently serves as a Director of Energold Drilling Corp. He identified and acquired significant exploration prospects in the Dominican Republic and advanced them to a stage for joint venture. He is Past-President of the BC and Yukon Chamber of Mines and has served as industry representative on the Premiers Forum - a mining advisory group to the Government of British Columbia and as a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Victor Tanaka, P. Geo. - Director

Mr. Tanaka is a professional geologist with over 45 years of experience in all aspects of the global mining industry. He has an exceptional record in mineral exploration and has participated in several mineral discoveries. Since starting his career with Cominco Ltd., Mr. Tanaka has held senior executive positions with Asamera Inc., Freeport McMoran Gold Corp., Aber Resources Ltd., Major General Resources Ltd., Fjordland Exploration Inc. and Pathfinder Resources Ltd. Mr. Tanaka is currently President and CEO of Bayswater Uranium Corp.

Richard Mazur, P. Geo., MBA - Director

Mr. Mazur is a geoscientist who, for over 30 years, has held positions in the international mineral exploration and mining industry as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on uranium, gold, base metals, coal and industrial minerals projects in North and South America. Most recently, Mr. Mazur served as a senior manager for Canamax Resources Inc. and former CEO of IMPACT Minerals. He is currently the President and CEO of Forum Uranium Corp. and CEO of Alto Ventures Ltd.

Peter Tredger, P. Eng., MBA - Director

Mr. Tredger is a professional engineer with over 42 years of mining industry experience, including executive management positions with Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. from 2006 to 2008, Blue Pearl Mining Inc. (now Thompson Creek) from 2004 to 2006, Glencairn Gold Corp. (now B2Gold Corp.) from 2002 to 2004 and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (now Goldcorp Inc.) from 1992 to 2001. Previously, Mr. Tredger was an independent mining consultant, and for 11 years was employed by Amax Exploration, Inc. in a variety of technical and management positions, prior to which he was an exploration geologist. Mr Tredger has more than 20 years of experience as a public company director for several Canadian and Australian listed mining companies.

Jean-Pierre Bourtin, MBA - Director

Mr. Bourtin is a French-born and educated private investor and financial consultant (from 2001 onwards), with current residence in the United States of America, who is highly experienced in the areas of financial analysis and planning, budgeting and corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bourtin is a graduate of the École Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales, Paris, France. He also has an MBA from the University of Chicago with a double major, Finance and Marketing. He is the President and Money Manager of a private equity firm in Wilton, Connecticut. He concluded his 23-year Xerox career as Treasurer of Xerox Corporation, Latin America and Emerging Markets, where he managed debt of $2 billion and aggregate devaluation exposure in excess of $750 million in countries prone to hyperinflation and economic collapse, including Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. Before Xerox, he was Director of Planning and Analysis at Philip Morris International and Director of Operations Analysis at Revlon International.
